Does your child have medication stored in the Health Room?
If so, please plan to pick it up by 1:00 PM on the last day of school, June 18th. Each year, unclaimed medications must be discarded, so we encourage you to make arrangements to collect your child’s medication, ASAP.
- Medications cannot be stored in the Health Room over the summer.
- If your child is attending summer school, you must pick up the medication and take it to the summer school location.
- All medications needed for the next school year will need a new medication form signed by the doctor and the parent.
- New medication orders for the upcoming school year must be dated after July 1st.
