Conference Registration
Registration for winter conferences opens at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 22, and will remain open through January 30. Conferences will be held on Thursday, February 5, and Friday, February 6.
When scheduling conferences for multiple children, please allow one full conference time between meetings to allow for smooth transitions, whether attending in person or virtually. Directions on how to register will be shared prior to the opening date.
Conference Schedule and Format
On Thursday, February 5, and Friday, February 6, all elementary schools will dismiss three hours early to accommodate conferences.
- Thursday, February 5
- Afternoon conferences from 1:10–4:10 p.m. will be held in person only
- All conferences are 20 minutes in length
- If a teacher offers evening conferences, those sessions will be held virtually
- Friday, February 6
- All conferences will be held virtually
Scheduling by Grade Level
- Parents of students in Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade should schedule conferences with their child’s math teacher only.
- Parents of students in grades 3–5 should look for specific scheduling directions from their child’s teacher. Due to departmentalized schedules, teachers will indicate whether families should schedule with a morning or afternoon block teacher, as was done during fall conferences.
