Dear Hammond Families,
As we enter the home stretch of the school year at Hammond Elementary School, we want to thank our students, staff, and families for an incredible year filled with learning, growth, and memorable experiences. This is always such a celebratory time of year, with many exciting events, activities, and special moments ahead for our students and school community.
While we look forward to these celebrations, our teachers and staff will continue to keep each school day structured, consistent, and focused on learning. Maintaining routines and expectations helps students remain engaged and successful through the final weeks of school.
As we close out the year together, please continue checking our school calendar and communication from your child’s grade-level team for important dates, celebrations, and upcoming events.
Due to continued limitations with building space, we ask that families carefully read all event communications regarding guest attendance limits and any special considerations related to bringing siblings or younger school-aged children to events. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, as these guidelines help us avoid delays at event entry and ensure the safety of all attendees in accordance with fire code regulations and space capacity requirements.
