Absence Reporting and Change in Dismissal Reporting
In an effort to go green and reduce interruptions to the classroom instruction, we ask that you use the GoogleDoc forms below. For reporting absences: HES- Reporting Absence(s) Form and/or if there are any changes in your child’s dismissal routine: HES-Change in Dismissal Routine Form. Bus changes are permitted for daycare purposes only and must be submitted in writing. For emergencies and/or if it is after 2:30 p.m. - please call the school directly to assure the message is received.
